1. Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made-to-order via dropshipping fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is delivered

  • There is a printing/manufacturing defect

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Packaging photos We will replace the item at no cost.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After fulfillment starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Personalized/custom items
