Each item is made to order and shipped directly to our customers worldwide.

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During peak seasons or holidays, production times may take slightly longer.
? Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination:

Delivery time includes production + transit time.

All shipments include tracking information once the order is fulfilled.
Orders may ship from multiple fulfillment centers (mainly within the USA) depending on product availability and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or factors beyond our control (e.g. weather or carrier disruptions).

Each item is custom printed specifically for you once an order is placed.
? Returns
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
Please make sure to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
⚙️ Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
We will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.

If your order never arrives or tracking shows an issue caused by the carrier, please let us know.

Returned items are sent to Printful’s fulfillment center in the USA.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages may be donated or disposed of after 30 days.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be automatically refunded.
